Like: quality materials, shiny patent leather in toe area, soft fabric insole with a little arch support, heel and outer sole slightly rubbery (but firm), not slippery or noisy. I love the heel height for comfortable walking.Dislike: patent leather layer is higher than the ribbon and the main part. Looks a little silly! I wish everything was even. That’s the inly reason I didn’t give these 5 stars. Otherwise, they’re great!These shoes are well made, as always, with Clark. They are a cute, low heel dress shoe, just perfect in my opinion. My only complaint is that they do not make my size in a narrow width, so I always have to add either a heel grip or a little toe lift to prevent walking out of them, at least on my right foot.After months of unsuccessfully shopping for a comfortable black flat , I finally decided to take a chance and order these Clark flats online. I was so happy I did! They are very comfortable with excellent support and look very fashionable as a bonus!They are great for dress or casual wear! The tip is patent leather with a 1/2 inch fabric strip separating the tip and the regular leather.Takes a few times wearing them to brake in but always worth because of the quality.I loved the shoes. They were just too tight so I will have to return them. But I may purchase the next half size larger and should have done so in the beginning. They arrived right on schedule.I love the look of these shoes. They are very supportive and cute at the same time. However, the first time wearing them, they rubbed the back of my heel and I got large, terrible blisters. They aren’t too small, so am not sure what the problem is.Comfortable and fit well! What a joy to open the box and see a smart, elegant, classical pair of pumps that I can now wear to weddings and important events. Since when does elegance meld with comfort. Yet Clarks shoes have achieved that. I can't overstate how pretty the shoes are, the photo doesn't do them justice. Thank you Clarks for making me so happy and thank you Amazon making home the best place to shop.
