The sandals arrived within the expected time frame. They came undamaged and brand new, no suspicion they were used or second hand. I purchased them for a back up to the pair I already own that I love and use especially for travel and when I'm doing a lot of walking. Unfortunately, the size they had was a 38 and I need a 37.5. I tried them hoping they would fit but I did return them. Not because of the item or the condition it arrived but because it was just too large for me. Great sandals, especially if you have bunions and arch issues. Very cute and supportive, they aren't high heels but they don't look like old lady orthopedic shoes either.Everyday use.These are some of The most comfortable sandals I on!Really nice soft leather and I loved the comments in the reviews. They were just to narrow for the ball of my feet. Wish I could order it in wide or 1/2 size larger, but most are sold out. Will wait until next year to find in a store so I can try on different sizes! I REALLy wanted these to fit!At first sight I loved this shoe - and the price was attractive, too. I ordered my regular size 7.5W and Amazon delivered quickly as usual, but oh-no, the shoe was tight across the arch and I could barely get the strap closed. There's a reason for that; I wear an orthopedic in my shoes and they're a must, not a choice. So, rather than just returning, I kept the 7.5W and ordered an 8 to compare. The eights arrived today, and problem is fixed! My foot slides in comfortably over the orthopedic and there's no problem with the strap! Thank you Amazon, as usual, for the ease of shopping, reviews, ordering, shipping, returning, accounting, etc. You're my go-to store!Super comfortable shoes! Will use them a lot. I have another pair of the same in black.The Naturalizer Scout Sandals are just as expected. I ordered these to replace a pair I've had for a few years. I've ordered this style in navy, red, black, and white at least three times over the years and have always been very satisfied. I'm glad Naturalizer continues to make them available! I usually wear a size 10N and have a hard time finding shoes. The Scout Sandal fits fine in a Medium width for me since they are flat. (I think I remember ordering Narrow one year and they were a little too narrow for me.) They are very comfortable and are my go-to shoe for summer casual.I like the shoes but they run a bit small. They are comfortable but next time I'll try a half size larger. Width was fine as well as the arch support. I would buy them again.I wear a size 9N and they are impossible to find in stores. This pair arrived on time and is so soft and comfy. Sadly, it remains loose and so, my feet slip but I will keep them and use an insole. Such a beautiful colour as well.No me gustó que el patrón parece de plástico y en realidad son de piel.
